First of 50 Original Series Across Comedy, Drama and Thriller Genres Slated for Release in 2008 Featuring Talent from "The Office," "Reno 911" and More

LOS ANGELES, CA January 16, 2008 - 60Frames Entertainment, the newly-formed digital media financing and syndication company, has officially debuted its programming with seven new original online series including Cockpit, an exclusive comedy mini-series developed by the creators of the internet hit “Prom Queen,” and Erik the Librarian Mysteries, written and directed by veteran TV scribe Brent Forrester (“The Office”). To showcase its growing slate of content, 60Frames has entered into key distribution relationships with leading online video sites including Bebo, Blip.tv, Break.com Dailymotion, Heavy.com, iTunes, MySpace, Veoh Networks, Vuze, and on YouTubeTM at http://www.youtube.com/60frames. 60Frames content will also be syndicated through Joost by February 1, 2008. This distribution network collectively reaches nearly 90% of all online video traffic. As of today, consumers can also access 60Frames content by logging onto www.60frames.com.

60Frames has more than a dozen additional original projects in development and production, with plans to finance and syndicate more than 50 original series over the next 12 months. While the initial lineup focuses on comedy, 60Frames is in active development and production on numerous dramatic, thriller and non-scripted series. In addition to the previously announced upcoming collaboration with Joel and Ethan Coen, 60Frames is financing projects from acclaimed artists including writer/director John August, writer/director Scott Z. Burns, “Homicide” and “Oz” creator Tom Fontana, “South Park” writer Erica Rivinoja and others. 60Frames is working through its strategic partner Spot Runner, along with the advertising divisions of various distribution partners, to maximize the revenue opportunities for talent.

60Frames’ CEO Brent Weinstein stated: “The idea behind 60Frames was to create a set of financial, creative, marketing and distribution resources that professional artists could use to bring exciting new projects to life in an environment that provides artists meaningful profit participation, ownership, and control of their IP. We’re very excited about our initial offerings and future projects which we believe will expand, in terms of genre and form-factor, the notion of what ‘works’ online. By partnering with the leading online sites, we are giving artists’ content the widest possible exposure while maximizing revenue opportunities.”

Cockpit marks the first comedy effort from the team of Douglas Cheney, Chris Hampel, Chris McCaleb and Ryan Wise, better known as the Emmy®-nominated Big Fantastic who conjured 2007’s internet phenomenon, Prom Queen. The series explores what really happens inside the cockpit of a commercial airline.

Erik the Librarian Mysteries follows a reclusive librarian who falls in love with a mysterious stranger. Creator Brent Forrester, who wrote and directed each “Erik” episode, brings to bear the same offbeat comic sensibility that he demonstrates as a consulting producer for “The Office,” as well as prior work on “The Ben Stiller Show,” “The Simpsons,” “Late Night with Conan,” “King of the Hill” and “Mr. Show with Bob and Dave.” The series stars standup comedian Erik Charles Nielsen and Mindy Kaling from “The Office,” with surprise guests popping up in future episodes. Additional launched 60Frames content includes:

• Black Version – Comic performer and former SNL writer Jordan Black recasts and rewrites classic scenes in movies and television in a new series of short films. From “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fireweed” to “Silence of the Lambs,” “Black Version” camps some of the most memorable moments in entertainment history while playing on urban stereotypes.

• Douchebag Beach: A Love Story – Three 20-something Jersey boys search for true love in “Douchebag Beach: A Love Story.” From online sketch comedy innovators Bob Castrone, Brian Levin, and Jason Zumwalt (a.k.a. The Post Show), “Douchebag Beach” follows Bobby, Tony and Nunzio to the Jersey shore for a summer of (potential) love. Will they find their soulmates? Is a thong contest the best way to meet a future wife? Have they packed enough Axe Body Spray? Good thing they brought along a video camera to document their journey!

• G.I.L.F. – Starring and created by actress Wendi McLendon-Covey (“Reno 911”), “G.I.L.F.” follows the exploits of a sexy, suburban 37-year-old grandmother as she makes friends and enemies of the neighbors, tries to steer her pregnant 20-year-old daughter away from her baby daddy, launches a line of couture sweatpants and carries on an affair with her soon-to-be divorced boyfriend and employer Dr. Marion Buffer. It’s not easy being a G.I.L.F.!

• Phake TV – Comedian Jordan Black creates another series that is a take on some of America’s most-watched reality TV shows, poking fun at such shows as “Extreme Home Makeover” and “Punk’d.”

Earlier this month, 60Frames debuted Who What Wear TV (www.whowhatweardaily.com), a viewer’s guide to breaking celebrity and runway trends. Katherine Power and Hillary Kerr (creators of WhoWhatWearDaily.com) translate the latest in fashion and beauty in terms of Who (celebrities wearing the trend), What (the pieces it takes to pull off the look) and Wear (how-tos using items from the overflowing Who What Wear fashion closet). Since its launch, Who What Wear TV has generated a considerable following, and has been the number one fashion podcast on the iTunes platform.
